Things to do in Indianapolis with Family in September
Indianapolis Apple Picking & Pumpkin Patches
Fall season is coming (if it’s not already here) which means visiting the local Pumpkin Patches in Indianapolis and it’s apple picking season. We love Tuttle Orchards and we picked apples last year in August. At Tuttles Orchards, you can pick your own pumpkins (and apples too depending on how early in October you go), apple cider, hayrides, and more activities for the family to enjoy. Here are some pumpkin patches & apple farms to check out this month.
Glow in the Dark
Get ready to have fun & glow at Glow in the Park. Families and kids of all ages are invited to the free event to get messy while enjoying face painting, a graffiti wall, a live DJ, a special glow performance by 31Svn Street Dance Academy, a neon splash zone, and more!
Black lights, fog machines and lasers will light up the night, so wear white and get ready to glow. Glow sticks, costumes, and goggles are welcome, and it is recommended that families bring towels for the ride home.
