Hop in the car, travel around your town, and act like you are site seeing! Use Google Maps and check out fun markers and learn about the history of your town. Or travel to a town near you and make a day of it.
Night Time Drive
Consider making a date night and head out and drive around looking at the lights in your town. If it is around Christmas you could see all the fun decorations for the holiday. Or drive up on a high spot of the town or city and look at the lights of the town and enjoy nature!
Fall Car Ride
Create your own Bluetooth soundtrack, hop in the car, and drive down curvy roads looking at the changing leaves of fall. You can find actual places to drive around to see the bright and vivid colored leaves.
Fast Food Feast
Set a budget and drive around and treat yourself to a handful of your favorite fast foods. Grab the main dish at one, sides at another, drinks, etc. You can have a blast driving around taste-testing new foods or nibbling on your favorites.
Consider going tailgating at your favorite hometown game or college game. If you don’t want to be around others keep your distance and bring some outdoor games to enjoy.
If your area has a drive-in movie, head in and enjoy watching a flick on the big screen. Pack your own snacks and drinks so you don’t have to get out and be around others, or binge and grab your favorite snack foods at the shop. Don’t have one create one. Use a projector and hang sheet outdoors. Grab your tablet and watch a movie from Amazon Prime Video on your dash.
Create a picnic with a homemade meal, basket, and all you need. Hop in the back of your trunk and drive to a nice scenery. Sit in your trunk, sip and eat, and just enjoy each other. Here’s your date night picnic needs I recommend.
Create a scavenger hunt for things you need to go and look for. Certain street names, specific items you would find at a park, animals, etc. Then you can drive around the town looking for fun items to check off your list.
Sunset Or Sunrise
Hop in the car and watch the sun go down. Or if you prefer early mornings head out and watch the sunrise and enjoy the scenery! Grab a cup of coffee and donuts to go with it.
Go old school and do car bingo as you are driving around. Whether it is just around town, a trip over to the next town. It could be a lot of fun. Most everyone grew up playing car Bingo!
