Cinnamon Maple Pancake Ingredients
- flour
- baking powder
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- an egg
- vegetable oil
- maple syrup
- milk
- butter
How to Make Cinnamon Maple Pancakes
- Place flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl and whisk together.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until everything is just incorporated. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Grease with the butter. Ladle around ¼ cup pancake batter into the hot pan and cook for 1 ½ minutes or until small bubbles appear on top. With the help of a spatula flip the pancake and cook for 40 seconds more or until done.
Cinnamon Maple Pancake Recommendations
You can also use honey or agave syrup instead of maple syrup. Same with the oil, feel free to use coconut oil or melted butter.
These pancakes are slightly sweet so you don’t need to serve them with a lot of toppings.
