No gym membership, no problem. You can tone your arms and lose that jiggly arm at home. All you need are some dumbbells.
One of the best arm moves to do is the dumbbell curls.
Make sure you are:
- Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart
- Using a weight you are comfortable with (usually 5 lbs for beginners and intermediate)
Another workout move is the triceps extension. This is a basic movement.

What a great tutorial. I know there are many people who do certain exercises wrong and don’t get the correct benenfits from them.
this is great, that is one area I do not think too much about exercising but they have gotten flabby!
I’ve been working my arms out at home lately watching YouTube videos using my weights. My wedding is in September and I’m trying to tone up the flab on the back of my arms to look better in my dress. I’ll give these videos a try.
