We are working on our way to becoming a healthier family. It is a step by step process but it helps to find great and simple recipes and using appliances that I already have. I am huge tea fan when it comes to the winter time and especially when I get a little irritation in my throat (usually an indicator that I am the earlier stages of possibly getting sick). Sometimes having the right tea helps combat the irritation. Ginger and lemon is a great tea for this (this is also great for stomach issues). I found this great recipe that will let me make ginger tea from scratch with all the ingredients I already have (except ginger, I don’t keep ginger in my spice cabinet).
