* 2 oz Malibu Rum
* ice cubes
* 1 oz Coconut Cream
* Pineapple Juice
Fresh pineapple wedges and maraschino cherry optional
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add Malibu rum and Coconut cream to shaker and shake. Strain into a glass with ice. Top with pineapple juice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
Make it frozen:
Place all the ingredients except the ice in a blender. Blend smooth or until it reaches your desired consistency.
