- 2 oz BACARDÍ Superior Rum
- 2 tsp fine sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
Tools Needed
- jigger
- muddler
- highball glass
Instructions
- Place the mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice in a highball glass and lightly muddle
- Add ice & rum
- Stir.
- Top with club soda and stir lightly before serving
- Garnish with a mint sprig
