Mojitos

• 2 oz BACARDÍ Superior Rum 
• 2 tsp fine sugar
• 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 2 oz Club Soda 
• 6-8 fresh mint leaves

Tools Needed

• jigger
• muddler
• highball glass

Instructions

1. Place the mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice in a highball glass and lightly muddle
2. Add ice & rum
3. Stir.
4. Top with club soda and stir lightly before serving 
5. Garnish with a mint sprig
