Hey moms! Here are the things you need to give up in 2016. I know that the New Year is a year to start new again — new goals, new resolutions, new whatever. I am calling all moms to give up these things 2016. Why? Whether you believe it or not, all these things are hurting you mentally, emotionally or physically. These things, such as doubting yourself and negative thinking are holding you back. I say this not as someone tell someone else what to do, but as a mom who has done some of these things to herself. Some of these things I gave up when I give birth to my kids and it has made me a better mom and a better person for letting those things go. There are still a few more things I need to work on and in 2016, I am going to be intentional about finally letting go more the junk because I know I was not meant to carry that. I am not making any room for those things in my life. I encourage you to do the same. Here’s to 2016 and giving up!

Sometimes resolving *not* to do something can be just as if not more powerful than doing something. Thanks for that good reminder and this great list! Hope 2016 is a wonderful year for you!
